Ankur Chakrabarty brings more than two decades of experience building trusted client relationships, supporting business transformation, and helping organizations solve complex business challenges.

Throughout his career, Ankur worked closely with senior leaders across customer relationship management, enterprise transformation, business operations, technology services, and industries including travel, transportation, hospitality, and logistics.

That experience taught him an important lesson: Business outcomes ultimately depend on people.

Today, Ankur brings that customer-centered perspective to professional recruiting, with a particular focus on Finance & Accounting talent.

Anushka is the Marketing & Operations Lead at Winners Circle, where she helps drive the firm’s brand, business operations, and recruitment initiatives. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in Marketing, Anushka brings a strong understanding of customer engagement, market positioning, and relationship building to the recruitment business.

At Winners Circle, she plays an active role in identifying market opportunities, developing the company’s brand presence, supporting candidate and client engagement, and helping create a thoughtful, relationship-driven recruitment experience. She is particularly interested in connecting talented professionals with organizations where their skills, experience, and career aspirations can create a strong long-term fit.

With a blend of marketing expertise, operational discipline, and an emerging focus on talent acquisition, Anushka is helping shape Winners Circle’s approach to modern recruitment, combining personal relationships, market insight, AI and technology to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
